El acto, que consisti\u00f3 en el descubrimiento de una placa en el frente del local ubicado en la esquina de Humberto Primo y Defensa, se realiz\u00f3 ayer a las 11,30.<\/p>\n<p>Participaron en calidad de oradores: el Arquitecto Horacio Spinetto, integrante de la Comisi\u00f3n de Bares Notables; Hugo V\u00e1zquez, uno de los actuales propietarios del bar y el Arquitecto Edgardo Ib\u00e1\u00f1ez, director de la Comisi\u00f3n de Cultura de la Legislatura. Este \u00faltimo, brind\u00f3 un discurso en representaci\u00f3n del autor del proyecto, el diputado socialista y presidente de dicha comisi\u00f3n, Ra\u00fal Puy, quien estuvo ausente por cuestiones personales y de fuerza mayor.<\/p>\n<p>En este sentido, Ib\u00e1\u00f1ez destac\u00f3 la gran contribuci\u00f3n que el \u00abPlaza Dorrego\u00bb, cuya construcci\u00f3n data de 1880, realiz\u00f3 a la cultura y destac\u00f3 que \u00abla Ciudad tiene que encontrar la forma de llegar a una armon\u00eda entre lo hist\u00f3rico y la renovaci\u00f3n\u00bb.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La Legislatura porte\u00f1a destac\u00f3 al bar Plaza Dorrego Sitio de Inter\u00e9s Cultural de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires.
