La mayor\u00eda (hechos) por este gremio y en muchos casos injustificadamente\u00bb, inidic\u00f3 Vidal.<\/p>\n<p>En ese sentido, la Vicejefa de Gobierno porte\u00f1o afirm\u00f3 que mantendr\u00e1n la multa de m\u00e1s de cuatro millones de pesos solicitada para la Asociaci\u00f3n Gremial de Trabajadores del Subte y Premetro (AGTSyP).<\/p>\n<p>\u00abLa multa est\u00e1 prevista por la ley, de la misma manera que est\u00e1 previsto por la ley que, cuando el Gobierno dicta la conciliaci\u00f3n obligatoria, las partes tienen que acatarla\u00bb, apunt\u00f3 este jueves. <\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan el criterio de la funcionaria porte\u00f1a,  los metrodelegados mantuvieron el paro del Subte por diez d\u00edas gracias a \u00abuna serie de excusas\u00bb ya que \u00abel aumento salarial (que reclamaban los trabajadores) ya hab\u00eda sido ofrecido por la empresa\u00bb. <\/p>\n<p>En ese sentido, Vidal reiter\u00f3 que para ella, la medida de fuerza de los metrodelegados fue fogoneada por el gobierno nacional: \u00abEl sindicato est\u00e1 alineado con el kirchnerismo\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Fuente: Ciudad1<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La Vicejefa de Gobierno porte\u00f1o, Mar\u00eda Eugenia Vidal, critic\u00f3 a los metrodelegados y asegur\u00f3 que la multa millonaria que le puso la administraci\u00f3n macrista al gremio no ser\u00e1 retirada.
