No tendr\u00edamos que habernos quedado sin instancias judiciales, habr\u00eda que haber cerrado estos temas hace a\u00f1os\u00bb, afirm\u00f3 Macri en declaraciones radiales.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, seg\u00fan el jefe de Gobierno, entrar en default ser\u00eda \u00abincoherente con lo del Club de Par\u00eds y el arreglo por YPF\u00bb. \u00abEspero que m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de lo que dice el Gobierno haya mandado gente inteligente para que negocie con Griesa. A pesar de que perdimos y Griesa fue duro con ellos, hay un artilugio, un m\u00ednimo de margen para cumplir con esto y tratar de resolver lo del 8 por ciento a pesar de la inacci\u00f3n de los \u00faltimos 10 a\u00f1os\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>En cuanto a c\u00f3mo actuar\u00eda \u00e9l si fuera gobierno explic\u00f3: \u00abAhora evitar\u00eda entrar en default. Nos tenemos que sentar con Griesa y acordar con ese grupo. Cualquier cosa menos pagar en contado mejor. Si entramos en default se acabo la posibilidad de recibir inversiones y va a haber mucho desempleo. Magia no hay\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abHoy tenemos un tema. Hay que sentarse en el tribunal y ver c\u00f3mo negociamos con el resto del 8 por ciento.
