Es por el encubrimiento a los ciudadanos iran\u00edes acusados de haber cometido en el atentado a la mutual jud\u00eda, de 1994.<\/p>\n<p>La denuncia por encubrimiento contra la Presidenta y otros funcionarios, que present\u00f3 el fallecido fiscal Alberto Nisman, qued\u00f3 en manos del juez federal Daniel Rafecas.<\/p>\n<p>As\u00ed lo dispuso el presidente de la C\u00e1mara Federal, Mart\u00edn Irurzun, luego que los magistrados Sebasti\u00e1n Ramos y Ariel Lijo se declaren incompetentes.<\/p>\n<p>Nisman hab\u00eda denunciado a Cristina Kirchner, al canciller H\u00e9ctor Timerman, al diputado de La C\u00e1mpora Andr\u00e9s Cuervo Larroque y a Luis D\u00b4El\u00eda de haber hecho un pacto con autoridades de Teher\u00e1n, a trav\u00e9s de la ley de memor\u00e1ndum con Ir\u00e1n, y as\u00ed eliminar toda culpa a los ciudadanos iran\u00edes acusados de haber realizado el atentado a la AMIA de 1994.<\/p>\n<p>CLARIN<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>CAUSA AMIA.
