{"id":46497,"date":"2015-02-09T20:39:51","date_gmt":"2015-02-09T20:39:51","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.buenosairesdiario.com\/?p=46497"},"modified":"2015-02-09T20:39:51","modified_gmt":"2015-02-09T20:39:51","slug":"capitanich-cuestiono-a-la-justicia-por-no-investigar-las-cuentas-no-declaradas-en-suiza","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/legislaturahoy.com\/?p=46497","title":{"rendered":"Capitanich cuestion\u00f3 a la Justicia por no investigar las cuentas no declaradas en Suiza"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"https:\/\/noticiasbaires.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/02\/image54d8e15fb55490.80375288.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/noticiasbaires.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/02\/image54d8e15fb55490.80375288-150x150.jpg\" alt=\"\" title=\"image54d8e15fb55490.80375288\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" class=\"aligncenter size-thumbnail wp-image-46498\" \/><\/a>Dijo que el Poder Judicial \u00abest\u00e1 en mora\u00bb con la sociedad y que debe tener la \u00abvoluntad\u00bb de \u00abinvestigar\u00bb a \u00ablas corporaciones\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>DyN<\/p>\n<p>El Jefe de Gabinete, Jorge Capitanich, embisti\u00f3 hoy contra el Poder Judicial, al sentenciar que \u00abest\u00e1 en mora\u00bb con la sociedad y que debe tener la \u00abfortaleza y la voluntad\u00bb de \u00abinvestigar\u00bb a \u00ablas corporaciones\u00bb, al tiempo que solicit\u00f3 que \u00ablos fiscales y los jueces act\u00faen, se investigue y se aplique la Ley\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Consultado sobre presuntas cuentas ilegales del banco HSBC en Suiza, Capitanich indic\u00f3 que \u00abel Gobierno ha impulsado esta denuncia a trav\u00e9s de la AFIP\u00bb, pero advirti\u00f3 que el tema \u00abforma parte de la agenda judicial\u00bb, por lo que inst\u00f3 a ese poder a \u00abtener la fortaleza y la voluntad de investigar a las corporaciones\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>En su habitual contacto con periodistas en la Casa de Gobierno, el funcionario sostuvo que \u00abes sintom\u00e1tico que algunas causas est\u00e9n estancadas; ejemplo Papel Prensa, ejemplo HSBC, ejemplo fuga de capitales o ataques especulativos\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abNunca el Poder Judicial, a trav\u00e9s de fiscales y jueces, promueve una investigaci\u00f3n profusa respecto a este tipo de causas, que tanto da\u00f1o hacen a la econom\u00eda del pa\u00eds\u00bb, fustig\u00f3 el funcionario, en el marco de que un grupo de fiscales anunciara una marcha para el pr\u00f3ximo 18, al cumplirse un mes de la muerte del fiscal Alberto Nisman, quien investigaba a la presidenta Cristina Fern\u00e1ndez.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abPor lo tanto, creo que all\u00ed est\u00e1 en mora el Poder Judicial, y es all\u00ed donde deben dirigirse las opiniones para que los fiscales y los jueces act\u00faen, se investigue y se aplique la ley\u00bb, concluy\u00f3 el jefe de ministros.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Dijo que el Poder Judicial \u00abest\u00e1 en mora\u00bb con la sociedad y que debe tener la \u00abvoluntad\u00bb de \u00abinvestigar\u00bb a \u00ablas corporaciones\u00bb.
